Some Helpful Information
We are delighted that you have chosen to use our apartment for your holiday in Bulgaria and would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the following:
1. Please DO NOT smoke in the apartment.
2. Please bring the patio tables and chairs inside on your departure.
3. Pool towels are available from the lifeguards.
4. Bedding and towels are provided.
5. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure. If you are staying for 1 week or more, a clean and linen change has been arranged for the end of every week. All room cleans will be added to your room bill and are payable on departure. More regular cleans can be arranged and paid for at reception.
6. If spare linen is required, there should be adequate supplies in the room. Bedding can also be hired at Reception at your cost.
7. Rubbish bins are located at the far end of the Resort by the Tennis Courts. All rubbish will be taken as part of the end of week cleans.
8. Water in Bulgaria is okay for teeth cleaning but not advisable to drink.
9. We have left an owners box in the downstairs wardrobe, this only contains some clothing, shoes etc for when we visit.
10. The stairs in the apartment are highly polished and can be very slippery. Please be very careful when using them.
11. All electrical items and lights except the fridge and air conditioning will switch off automatically when you remove the key and leave the apartment. Please can you manually switch the air conditioning off using the remote control if it is not required and on final departure.
12. The apartment bathroom does have an over bath shower. Conveniently located at the entrance to the spa are the male & female changing rooms where a spacious power shower can also be used.
